    The Space:

    Experience the ultimate in luxury and convenience when you book this gorgeous four-bedroom suite located in the oceanfront Gateway Grand! Situated on 48th Street in Ocean City, Maryland, this home includes stunning side ocean views from the furnished balcony, and you'll love spreading out in the spacious living area after a fun day on the beach. There is also a second balcony on the bayside which can be accessed by all four bedrooms. There are five TVs, including a 60-inch TV with a soundbar in the living room, a 46-inch mirror/TV in the primary bedroom, and two Blu-ray players in the living room and bunk room. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. Don't forget to take advantage of the free WiFi in the condo or lobby to research a fun outdoor adventure or download a good playlist to your device to amp up your workout in the shared fitness center. Enjoy a refreshing dip at the community indoor or outdoor pool or play a friendly game of beach volleyball or corn hole.



    Things to Know

    Hoverboards are not allowed on the premises

    Guest must agree to, sign, and return the rules form at the lobby

    The owner provides 3 key/fob sets. The cost to replace each key fob is $100.00. Any lost key will cost $300 to rekey the lock.

    EV chargers are located in the parking garage. Parking garage clearance is 7’.

    Strict 4 pm check-in.

    A $151 non-refundable admin fee is due at check-in at the building. This fee provides access to the building amenities as well as 3 parking spaces.

    There is a beach storage locker located on the Mezzanine Level which includes six beach chairs, four boogie boards, a wheeled cooler, sand toys, and a wheeled beach cart.

    No smoking or vaping indoors or balconies

    Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great place to stay!

The condo met all of our expectations- clean, quiet, comfortable and had everything you needed in the kitchen. If I had to write one negative it would be to buy new pots and pans. Some were ruined by previous guests and hard to get clean. We have no complaints. Building was kept nice and clean as well. Great stay!

Amazing beach rental!

The proximity to the beach and all of the other fun things to do in OC was awesome. Having beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc provided right in the rental was incredibly helpful and made the trip to the beach each day so much easier. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! There was plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 kids. The staff in the building were incredibly helpful and the workers from the rental agency were quick to respond to any questions. We would absolutely return!

The check in was very easy. The condo is very spacious and clean. It’s the first time when renting other condos that I didn’t have to clean that made us very happy. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you want to make meals. Bed were very comfortable as well Loved it Highly recommended it.

House keeping

The entire space was not cleaned when we entered the condo at checkin. Took two hours for the cleaning crew to get it done. Very disappointing.
