The communication with the property was the best! Keeping me updated with all the info I needed, letting me know when I could get in the property early, answering all of my questions quickly and offering us an added night at a great discount that we took advantage of. We were provided with all linens and starter paper/cleaning products, so we didn't have to stop at the store 1st. The amenities at Golden Sands have led us to be repeat visitors. Our family used the pickleball court, the tennis court, the gym, and the oceanfront bar and grill. It is well furnished, has comfortable beds, 3 bathrooms and a beautiful view. The golden sands property is well maintained, and the tiki bar has excellent food and drinks. I haven't been to OC in a number of years and was hesitant to go back because I always stayed at the other end. This condo is in north ocean city which is so much nicer. But furniture dated and some broken. Beds stained and uncomfortable. Blinds dont work and stained up. Master bedroom had no cable box. No fans in any bathroom. ##### joel f.
