Fabulous one bedroom condo with pool and courtyard, 10-min walk to the beach

  • New owner, new rental!

    Welcome to our newly updated, bright and spacious condo in the heart of Ocean City (end of the Boardwalk area). 0.5 miles (10-minute walk) to the beach and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Catch a trolley at the last stop to explore the famous Boardwalk. Walk to Jolly Roger amusement park and Splash Mountain water park. Take kids to a playground or mini golf within few minutes of walking distance.

    When in the condo, enjoy abundance of space it has to offer. Even though it’s located in the hustle and bustle of the city, it feels very peaceful and quiet once you are in the condo. Enjoy the morning coffee or evening relaxation on the large porch overlooking the courtyard and swimming pool. Cool off in the pool after the hot day or play ball and run around with kids in the courtyard.

    The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with newer appliances including a stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and electric kettle. Dishes and silverware are provided.

    Bedroom has two queen size beds, dresser and large closet. Blankets and pillows are provided.

    Living room couch turns into a recliner for your ultimate comfort (push button on each side to operate). Dining table is new and seats 6 people.

    Condo offers free Wi-Fi and cable TV. There is one assigned parking space.

    We provide basic supplies such as: toilet paper, paper towels, hand soaps and most importantly, coffee!

    Please note:
    The condo is rented only to families 25 years and older.
    Linens and towels are not provided - please bring your own.
    There is no washer and dryer.

    The condo is on the second floor and requires walking up few steps.

    This is our personal vacation home - please take good care of it and enjoy your stay!
