WALK TO COUNTRY CALLING FESTIVAL! Downtown Ocean City Condo with an outdoor pool - 1 block to beach, ocean and boardwalk - PRIME LOCATION just off of 16th St.! 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom! Large balcony overlooking pool with a partial ocean view! Fully stocked kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances, central A/C, cable, Smart TVs and high speed Wi-Fi! Spacious condo sleeps 6 people - Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has two twin beds and there is a sleep sofa in the living room. Condo is walking distance to popular restaurants and bars, and CVS is right across the street. This great condo is located downtown and there is no assigned parking or parking lot. Street parking is available and normally isn't an issue except holiday weekends. This condo is on the third floor, and the building does not have an elevator.
Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillowcases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes a sheet and pillowcase for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. A complete linen package costs $109.00. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.
**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**
*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.
*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

Wonderfully convenient to boardwalk. Very clean. Lots of hot water and good pressure. Loved the private balcony. Pool was clean and quiet. Only downside was no designated parking lot. Overall, great property!
This property is right in the middle of the OC boardwalk area. One block to beach. Access to everything . Park the car and walk your whole vacation. Family had a blast.
I stayed here with my girls for my birthday I can’t say enough good things about this place we had a blast such a great location and a cute place! Clean and well decorated! I will rent from here again it was great! Also they were very helpful we locked ourselves out by using the bottom lock and they called us instantly to help. They said that was going to be fixed soon as well so that won’t be a problem much longer for anyone renting. Pool was also so convenient. Only downside is that there is no elevator and you have to carry your things up two flights of stairs so not wheelchair accessible.
We were in town for the Boardwalk Rock Festival. We desired to be within 1 mile of walking distance to the festival beach grounds. This property was not only ideal for the festival, but only one block from the boardwalk, a block from a church and many other conveniences.We did experience challenges with parking as all spots within 2 blocks (north, south and east) were taken or were hotel parking only. After having a difficult, frustrating and insulting conversation with the (male) property manager, we were left to figure it out. He had suggested parking 2 blocks west (across the 4 lane highway) which did not seem feasible at first. But the other option was to park at the convention center. The most difficult matter is understanding the different signs and where that applies (as in to the curb? Or just a few feet?). We are experienced VRBO vacationers, but never experienced a parking challenge. We learned a valuable lesson to ask more questions of the property manager and learn the municipality rules before the trip. Knowing that information would have saved us alot of aggravation and worry. The last thing anyone would want to deal with on vacation is being towed. In summary, the parking is not a show-stopper, just more guidance (and kindness) from the property manager would go a long way.
