All rooms are direct oceanfront, furnished balcony also oceanfront. 32" LED TV in each bedroom & 46" TV in loft and first floor livingroom. Washer/Dryer in Unit. Occupancy 10. Building amenities include a heated indoor pool, a heated outdoor pool, a tennis court, ping pong tables, an arcade game room with pool tables, and free internet access in unit and from the 2nd floor.
