You will be provided with 2 parking passes from Oceans Edge Vacations, they will be in the unit upon arrival. Located near the convention center, our condo is a prime spot for those attending the annual car shows, bike weeks, and various parades. You're also within walking distance of popular spots like Shotti's, Coconuts, 45th Street Taphouse, Seacrets, Fager's Island, and Macky's. The beach is just a short stroll away, beckoning you with its sandy shores and ocean breezes. Other Things to Note: A valid government-issued photo ID is required to verify identity, confirm age, and finalize your booking. Access to the property will not be granted until verification is completed. A rental agreement must be signed prior to your stay. A valid credit card is required to be kept on file for incidentals, damages, or policy violations. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests listed on the reservation. Unauthorized guests or parties are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are enforced from 10PM-9AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in fines or immediate removal from the property without refund. This property may be equipped with exterior security cameras for safety and verification purposes. There are no cameras inside the home. This home is equipped with noise monitoring devices that measure decibel levels only. These devices do not record conversations or audio. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home. Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fees. No pets allowed unless explicitly approved. Unauthorized pets will result in additional charges. Guests are responsible for complying with all local laws, HOA rules, and community guidelines. Check-in and check-out times must be adhered to unless otherwise approved. Any violations of these policies may result in additional charges, cancellation of the reservation, or removal from the property without refund. The customer service team was also very responsive when the keypad no longer worked due to the battery dying. In terms of the cons we were unable to check in until around 4:20 as the cleaning staff was still there when we arrived at 4\.
