THINGS TO KNOW Streaming is available through Roku with guest accounts. Elevators are not available. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. However, there are a few things of maintenance that should be replaced. The pillows were very dirty, the shower curtain had orange mildew, the bed comforter was ripped, and several of the rungs for the outdoor railing and gate were missing or broken off. The condo is large and comfortable. We had an issue with cleanliness and some maintenance - the floor was very dirty and there were a few lights that were either burned out or missing bulbs. Once of the bathrooms had no toilet paper and there were no paper towels in the kitchen, though they did provide a spare roll of both in the welcome kit.
