The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request. Situated on the water in family friendly North OC, this unit ready to make your next family vacation memorable. There is just something magical about spending your vacation on the water in OC, especially in this 3 BR townhome with plenty of updates. In the kitchen and dining area you will find updated cabinetry, the living room has a new couch, new furnishings and is beautifully decorated. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and has new furnishings and carpet. The attached bath has been updated and has a stylish barn door. The second main bedroom also has a queen size bed, new furnishings and the attached bath has updated vanity and flooring. On the top level, you will find the third bedroom that has three twin sized beds. The attached bathroom also has an updated vanity and flooring. There is a washer and dryer and free Wi-Fi for guest use. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was as pictured. Clean, gorgeous serene view, and had linens/towels/toilet paper ready upon arrival. Ample amount of comfortable beds and bathrooms. The door lock was super easy to figure out, so that was no thankfully hassle. The only two things to note are that 1) The 3rd floor room is noticeably much warmer than the rest of the home. A fan is provided up there, as well as an additional small fan in the master closet. and 2) The master bedroom sliding barn door to the bathroom does not provide any real privacy.
