Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. This retreat has been recently updated (2022) with a totally remodeled kitchen with new cabinets, countertops, and stainless steel appliances. A new 50' smart TV in the living room provides guests with endless entertainment. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience. THINGS TO KNOW Smoking is prohibited inside the rental The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability. Sea Watch charges $65 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high. Bedroom 3 is an enclosed den area with constructed wall and pocket door for privacy Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 10. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Pictures paint a story but living the life was awesome. Loved waking up in the morning to beautiful sunsets right off the deck. A short walk to the beach set the day up for a soul nourishing treat. And a dip in the pool was the perfect ending to a perfect beach day. This property is ideally situated to breakfast lunch and dinners out. Not to mention some Thrashers, Fisher’s popcorn, Koher’s as well as a visit to Dumsers.
