Great for 2 couples! 1 mile from Berlin,10 minutes from Ocean City and Assateague. Berlin and Assateague are both dog friendly. The Ocean room is the master with a kind bed on the second floor with bathroom. The Bay Room is on the second floor, double bed. Bathroom on first floor. Has a kitchen, living room, sun room, outdoor bar and kitchen and patio. My boyfriend, Lee and I live on the back of the property in a camper. The fenced in yard for the dogs made our time at the house very relaxing. The house was equipped with everything you need. Nice kitchen. Berlin was a cute town with great food. We had a great stay and will definitely be back The host, Laurie, was great. She was great with communication and gave great recommendations for restaurants and local activities.The property is perfect for dogs with a fenced in exercise and potty area. We found this house and it was the perfect location! Only minutes from Assateague as well as grocery stores and the town of Berlin, Md, which had many restaurants and stores. Such a great place, close to everything yet far enough away so you can truly enjoy the area without all the crazy traffic of OC. The outdoor space is amazing! You can just sit and chill for hours at the bar with sectional seating and a TV, along with lots of cozy spots. There was darts, horseshoes and an outside shower to wash off the sand from the beach. Laurie clearly takes pride in her pet friendly home, each room is filled with treasures she’s found or created. At the end of the day, we enjoyed a great nights rest in the super comfy king bed.
