This unit is equipped to accommodate elderly and handicap persons. Enjoy bay views from almost every window! While also only having a 3 block walk to the beach and boardwalk. Located one block from the newly renovated recreation complex where you can enjoy new basketball courts, tennis/pickleball courts, skate park, new playground and walking paths.
