Property is in a wonderful location especially for access to OC Convention Center. Sadly property is in need of upgrades- and a deep clean. Door lock was broken upon checkin and took about 36 hours to get someone out for a "priority" call to fix it to be told by maintenance "it looks like someone kicked in the door".
