No need to deal with busy beach traffic, this beachside property means you don't even have to cross the street to get to the sand. Though you will want to spend each day exploring the eclectic shops nearby and indulging in days at the beach, any downtime will be a blast with free WiFi, a full kitchen, and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The living room will be the hub for entertaining with a large TV, comfortable furnishings, coastal decor, and access to the private balcony that will be perfect for sipping a cocktail at sunset. Not to mention, the chef of the group will feel right at home with all of the appliances, utensils, and dishware needed to create tasty meals. Don't wait a minute longer, you deserve that long-awaited getaway! Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Traversing stairs is required to reach this vacation home and there is no elevator. A bike rack is available for use. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Overall, the property itself was nice, but our experience with cleanliness and safety was unacceptable. Upon arrival, we found small stains (appearing to be blood) on the bedroom comforters, which I reported immediately. The exterior stairs leading up to the condo (3 flights) have zero lighting, making it extremely dangerous at night.The biggest issue occurred during checkout. Checkout was at 10:00 AM, but at 9:30 AM, three members of the cleaning crew blocked the narrow entryway/hallway. Despite asking them multiple times to move so we could load our bags, they refused to budge. While trying to squeeze past them carrying heavy luggage, I fell and rolled my ankle, which now requires me to wear an air brace.I contacted customer service multiple times about these issues and received zero response. Due to the lack of safety, rude staff, and complete absence of customer support, I cannot recommend staying here.
