Located in the heart of downtown Ocean City, MD, on the bay side. 5 minute walk from the beach & boardwalk! Cross 2 streets to get to the beach & boardwalk.
Multiple beds to comfortably sleep 28 people total. Fully stocked kitchens. TV & Internet access in both apartments. Each apartment has covered porches, at the front & back, perfect for sitting back to enjoy the breeze & enjoy the warm summer sun! Only a short walk to the beach & boardwalk (5 minutes). Many restaurants and attractions are within walking distance from the unit! Located on 10th street on the bay, a very quiet & quaint location, away from the busy highway!
Cleaning fee also includes the linen fee. Sheets are provided for all the beds, as well as towels for all 28 guests.
For this listing you would get 6 parking spots on the property. All other vehicles will have to do free street parking. There is plenty of free street parking along St Louis Ave, or any of the side streets beside the house.
This downtown location is only a couple blocks from the beach, boardwalk, shops, restaurants, amusement rides, and activities! Park your car for the week, and walk, bike, or bus ride to all the fun destinations. A perfect spot for all the OC events such as Sunfest, Springfest, Cruisin OC, Endless Summer Cruisin, Senior Week, Wine on the Beach, White Marlin Open, etc.
This is a non smoking unit. No pets allowed. Linens for all beds & sets of towels are included in your stay. We provide the sheets & towels, but do not make the beds. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom, plus one trash bag liner for all trash cans is provided for your arrival. Check in is anytime after 4 pm. Check out is 10 am. Guests will receive an email with more check in information after their confirmed booking.

This place was perfect for our needs. It was walking distance to everything. The board walk is 3 blocks, the bay is 3 blocks. It’s right where you want to be in OCMD. The beach, food, restaurants, bars, and arcades are all in walking distance. The front and back porches are great and having access to the yard is a game changer. Bbq, games, and throwing a football are a perfect addition to a beach vacation. We were able to rent all for units and it felt like having a large rental but with 4 mini houses so it added more bath rooms. The house is exactly what you think for beach rental, nice, clean, minimal, and close to everything.
Every year I take 24 Youth Group teens on a beach retreat, and this year found us renting this excellent property. It was all we could have hoped for. Olivia was very proactive from Day 1 and did all she could to make feel comfortable and welcome. Our demographics were perfectly arranged for the set-up of the entire four-unit building. The units are each independent, but a nice open yard afforded us opportunities to gather as a large group. We wholeheartedly endorse this house for any large group whose goal is a nice house, convenience to the beach and boardwalk, and a quiet, safe setting. If at all possible, we'll be back!
