- Located in Ocean Beach, enjoy what this brand new, beautifully decorated home with all new top of the line appliances, 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, and 1 bunk bed with a full bottom and twin top, guests will find the sleeping arrangements superb. Enjoy the indoor fireplace, beautiful 2.5 bathrooms, an outdoor shower and heated plunge pool. Follow the orange spiral staircase to the roof top deck where you can enjoy views of the ocean, the bay, and the beautiful colors of the Fire Island sunsets.
