Holidays directly in the spa town of Oberwiesenthal in a modern, cozy 3-room apartment

The apartment offers every comfort to spend an unforgettable vacation in every season.

We offer our guests a cultivated ambience on 55 m². The occupancy is designed for up to 6 people. The apartment is on the 1st Floor. It includes a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped separate kitchen (induction cooker with oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and various Kitchen accessories), a cozy living area (with sofa bed), an inviting dining area with a view, a balcony and two bedrooms each with a double bed (box spring).
Unfortunately, due to technical changes, we are currently unable to provide WiFi / DSL or TV. If the technical changeover is completed during your stay, we would inform you immediately!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut . Man kann viel unternehmen .Wandern , Fichtelbergbahn fahren , Gastronomie und Versorgung ist ausreichend vorhanden . Hättemir im Vorfeld eine Möglichkeit des telefonierens gewünscht , istaber Ansichtssache . Unterm Strich war alles Bestens !

Wat een fijn appartement! Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, het is schoon, er zijn fijne bedden en goede communicatie met de familie Spaja.We konden alleen nergens een thermostaat vinden, zelfs met de verwarmingen dichtgedraaid was het soms erg warm binnen. Om de hoek zit een pension waar je voor weinig heerlijk kunt eten. Skiën in Duitsland kalm de hoek, in Tsjechië 10 minuten met de auto. Wij komen hier graag terug!

Kleine gemütliche Ferienwohnung! In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Bis zur Skipiste ist es ein Stück, da ist ein Auto sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Gastgeber. Leider fanden wir die Wohnung ungeputzt vor (vor allem Küche). Das ist sehr unangenehm und nicht akzeptabel angesichts der Kosten.

Insgesamt bin ich enttäuscht. Der Rauchmelder wurde trotz mehrfacher Hinweise hier in den Bewertungen immer noch nicht repariert, der Ton ist nicht zum aushalten 😞 Die Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig, von unabgewaschenem Geschirr und Besteck in Schrank, über verdreckte Schränke und Fliesen an denen im Bad schon einiges runter gelaufen ist. Auch die Kleiderschränke verstaubt und den Heizkörper im Bad haben wir selbst gesäubert, damit wir ein Handtuch darauf legen könnten. Die Lage ist super, sehr ruhig und mit sehr netten Hausbewohnern.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf den Keilberg

Gut ausgestattete saubere Ferienwohnung gleich neben einer Löwenzahnwiese. Die Boxspringbetten liegen sich wunderbar! Morgenkaffee auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf den Keilberg, es war super erholsam! Ein kleiner Wermutstopfen war der piepende Rauchmelder, aus dem wir die fast leere Batterie nicht heraus bekamen. Er wurde dick eingewickelt und teilweise auf den Balkon verbannt (sorry Nachbarn) um schlafen zu können. Die Ferienwohnung ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!
