Family-friendly apartments in Oberwiesenthal

We welcome you in Oberwiesenthal, in our friendly 4-generation house in the skiing and hiking area in the beautiful Ore Mountains, at the foot of the 1215m high Fichtelberg.

Our large apartment is on the 2nd Floor. In it you will find 2 bedrooms, living room with 1 extra bed, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave) and a bathroom with bathtub. The rooms are bright and friendly.
The house has a beautiful garden with a barbecue area, you can also make yourself comfortable on the small garden pond. For the children there is a sandpit, a swing and a play house in the garden.
You can go hiking directly from here and join the trail in winter. It is only 5 minutes to the center of Oberwiesenthal, the shops, the lifts and the cable car. by car.
Cycling enthusiasts start their tours at the house or make their way to the Stoneman.
Important information: When calculating the price, do not specify children up to 6 years old, they live for free !!! Likewise, pets do not pay us anything !!! Please indicate number of children and dog when contacting the tenant.
A note for dog owners: 2 stone stairs lead to the apartment, then only one from the rear entrance. Your dog should be used to climbing stairs.

Sehr saubere Wohnung und nette Leute

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Oberwiesenthal. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, Sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder dort buchen.

Ein schöner Familienurlaub

Es war eine sehr schöne, familienfreundliche Unterkunft. Uns wurde ein Hochstuhl und ein Babybett zur Verfügung gestellt. Es gibt außerdem einen schönen, gepflegten Garten mit einem Baumhaus, Sandkasten und Trampolin. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Am Wochenende gab es sogar einen Brötchenservice. Die Fichtelbergbahn fährt quasi vor der Haustür ab. Die Natur ist wunderschön. Wanderungen oder Radtouren sind sehr zu empfehlen. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit umfangreicher Ausstattung

Die Wohnung bietet einen schönen Rückzugsort, wenn man den ganzen Tag aktiv war. Die Fichtelbergbahn ist in 5min zu Fuß erreichbar und sonst ist man mit dem Auto schnell im Zirkus von Oberwiesenthal und Umgebung. Direkt hinter dem Haus kann man jegliche Aktivitäten von Wandern bis Skilanglauf starten. Die Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten für Ski, Bike und Schlitten sind vorhanden.

Süße Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Wir waren für einen Kurztrip über Weihnachten hier und haben die Tage sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für vier Personen. Liebevoll eingerichtet und sogar weihnachtlich dekoriert. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, jederzeit hilfsbereit und reagieren sehr schnell auf alle Anfragen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben 5 Nächte in der Ferienwohnung bei Fam. Günther verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Familie Günther wohnt ebenfalls in dem Haus, in dem auch die fewo ist, dass ermöglicht kurze Wege bei Rückfragen. Sehr schön fanden wir, dass wir bereits ein paar stunden eher anreisen konnten. Im Garten befinden sich Spielgeräte und eine kleine Sitzecke.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung und herzliche Betreuung durch die Eigentümer

Es war eine schön eingerichtet und helle Wohnung. Wir wurden sehr herzlich entpfangen. In der Wohnung selbst gab es zur Begrüßung kleine Aufmerksamkeiten. Die Betreuung über die Urlaubstage war sehr gut. Auf Bestellung gab es morgens frische Brötchen. Zusammengefasst war es ein sehr schöher Urlaub bei unseren Gastgebern.

geräumig, sauber, freundlich

Wir waren Anfang Dezember mit unseren drei Kindern in dieser Ferienwohnung in Hammerunterwiesenthal und es hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung war sauber, groß genug für ein paar Tage zu fünft und gut ausgestattet (allerdings kein Fön, auch keine Spülmaschine - was für uns kein Problem darstellte). Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und wir haben den Brötchenservice gerne in Anspruch genommen. Bei Ankunft stand eine Flasche Wein bereit (fand ich ganz nett) und wir durften, da meine Frau noch stillt, auch gegen ein anderes Getränk aus der ungekühlten Minibar im Flur tauschen (weitere Getränke konnten gegen kleines Entgelt entnommen werden). Das Haus, in dem auch die Vermieter wohnen, befindet sich an der Hauptstraße nach Oberwiesenthal (ca 5 km). Der Verkehr störte aber nicht weiter, abends und nachts wegen des geringen Verkehrsaufkommens schon gar nicht. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. OG und ist nur über Treppen erreichbar (nicht barrierefrei). Unseren Kinderwagen konnten wir im warmen Ski- und Schlittenraum im EG abstellen. Alle Räume waren schön eingerichtet und gut beheizbar. Einziges Manko: der Laminatboden knarzt bei Betreten deutlich vernehmbar, sodass Kinder mit leichtem Schlaf sicher aufwachen würden, unseren hat es aber nichts ausgemacht. Der Garten wirkte sehr gepflegt, allerdings floss ein kleiner reißender Bach übers Grundstück, sodass unsere kleinen Kinder nicht frei herumlaufen konnten (das mag bei weniger Regenfall auch anders aussehen). ÖPNV (Bus) nach Oberwiesenthal oder Annaberg-Buchholz ist vorhanden, auch die Erzgebirgsbahn fährt quasi vor der Haustür ab. Nächster Supermarkt in Bärenstein oder Oberwiesenthal. Insgesamt können wir die Wohnung für Familien weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!
