Kitchen-/living room (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with separate WC, shower, TV and tiled stove. Large terrace 40 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (3). Marvellous view of the mountains. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.
