Für dich steht ein kostenloser, fest reservierter Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage bereit – so musst du dir während deines Aufenthalts keine Gedanken über die Parkplatzsuche machen.  
  
Gemeinschaftsbereiche: Lediglich der Haupteingang des Gebäudes und die Tiefgarage werden mit anderen Bewohnern des Hauses gemeinsam genutzt.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend in Oberstdorf, nur wenige Minuten vom Ortszentrum entfernt. Von hier aus kannst du viele Highlights bequem zu Fuß erreichen.  
  
Direkt südlich der Wohnung beginnen Wiesen, Spazierwege und Wanderpfade mit wunderschönem Bergblick – perfekt für eine kurze Auszeit in der Natur. Gleichzeitig erreichst du im Ortskern zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés, Bäckereien und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz ohne Auto.  
  
Auch Bus und Bahnhof von Oberstdorf sind schnell erreichbar, sodass du die Region und die umliegenden Berge ganz bequem mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erkunden kannst.  
  
Getting Around:  
  
Direkt unter dem Haus befindet sich euer Tiefgaragenstellplatz mit Platz für Fahrzeuge bis 2,0m Höhe. Ihr befindet euch am südlichen Rand von Oberstdorf. Von hier aus könnt ihr alles im Ort in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Mit dem Auto kommt ihr nach kurzer Fahrtzeit zu eurem Ziel. Der Hauptbahnhof ist nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und die Strecke zur Wohnung kann gut mit Koffern und Gepäck gegangen werden.

Moderne und schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit Bergblick und kleinem Balkon. Sehr gute und hochwertige Ausstattung der Küche und eine bequemes Bett. Die Parkmöglichkeit des Autos war etwas ungewöhnlich. Man fährt mit einem Autoaufzug in die Tiefgarage. Wir hatten Schwierigkeiten mit dem Fernseher. Es war nicht klar, wie man die öffentlichen Sender einschalten kann. Eine kurze Erklärung in der Wohnung wäre evtl. hilfreich. Leider haben die Vermieter auf meine Mails nicht geantwortet, obwohl von Seiten des Vermieters sehr nette "Standardmails" kamen, wo auf Organisatorisches eingegangen wurde. Wir fanden das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht in Ordnung. Vermutlich liegen die Preise außerhalb der Ferien niedriger.
