When it comes to equipment, we have placed great emphasis on an attractive design and high-quality equipment. Everything is designed so that we feel comfortable here, too. The house offers ample space for 2 to a maximum of 4 people. The living-dining-kitchen area and the bathroom are on the main floor. The high-quality fitted kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine, a refrigerator and freezer, a four-ring ceramic hob and an extractor hood. The dining table can accommodate four people. The living room has underfloor heating, a fireplace and a pull-out sofa bed. An open staircase leads to the gallery with a workplace and a view of the living room. The panoramic window front offers a beautiful view of the neighboring houses, the surrounding mountains and orchards. The bedroom on the upper floor with a large double bed has its own exit to a small garden terrace with a view. Outside there is a large sun terrace with seating and a grill. A sandstone wall illuminated in the evening gives off its warmth until late in the evening. This invites you to linger along with the rippling of the house spring and the chirping of the crickets. During the day you can watch the lizards that hunt on the stone wall. A garage is available on the street level. The house is only suitable to a limited extent for children under the age of 12 due to the stairs and the steep adjacent garden. Good provision of equipment in kitchen etc, and everything works well. kitchen and shower room fittings have been well thought through. There is garage parking and a great patio area equipped with loungers, tables, chairs, benches etc. BBQ Provided. The location is in a small village set in hilly woodland. Great area for hiking and off-road cycling. There is a ground floor utility area where boots and cycle could be stored if required. Many interesting towns with great old architecture are within an hours drive and there are good supermarkets in nearby towns for 'home cooking'. We had a relaxing stay and mixed our time with day trips out and local walking/down time with books etc. Internet connection was fine, but any brits will need to add an 'O' with umlauts as part of password - hold down the 'O' letter on phone and the umlaut option will appear - Simples! :) ##### Simon W. Unser Lieblingsplatz war die liebevoll gestaltete Terrasse. Die Küche hat funktionale Ausstattung, insgesamt ein sehr geräumiges Haus wo man sich wohlfühlt. Man ist (gefühlt) am Ende der Welt, nur Natur und Wald, Wald, Wald (ohne Windräder :)) und Stille, keine (nervenden) stampfenden Bässe oder röhrende Motorräder. Nachts hört man nichts, außer den Käuzen. Startpunkt für wunderschöne Wanderungen und Radtouren. Mit dem EBike ist man in 15 Minuten am nächsten Badesee. Aufmerksame Vermieter und wertvolle Tipps für Restaurants. Der Alte Nußbaum in Schwanheim lohnt die Fahrt. Freitags in Annweiler der Wochenmarkt mit allen Herrlichkeiten der Pfalz. Das Apartment ist sehr schön und modern. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Ein Highlight ist die große Terrasse, die wir dank Sonne sogar einmal nutzen konnten. Der Ort ist sehr überschaubar und ruhig. Wir fühlten uns ein bisschen wie in der Zeit versetzt. Was uns persönlich aber sehr gut gefallen hat. Bis zB nach Dahn muss man ca. 30min fahren; auch zum einkaufen sind es ca. 10-15 min. Für uns aber gar kein Problem. Wir kommen sicher einmal wieder wenn es uns nochmals in diese Gegend verschlagen sollte. ##### Nicole W. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen genau richtig. Der Kamin ist toll und auch der Vorrat an Brennholz vom Vermieter reichte uns. Bis zum nächste Bäcker fährt man ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto.
