In the house: WiFi, lift, central heating system. Communal covered parking (extra), public parking on the road. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 2.8 km, bus stop 450 m, railway station "Kitzbühel" 4 km, bathing lake "Schwarzsee" 6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km, ski lift 3.2 km, slopes 3.2 km, ski bus stop 450 m. Nearby attractions: Casino Kitzbühel 4 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: KitzSki Kitzbühel,Jochberg, Kirchberg, Penzingbahn Oberndorf, Bergbahnen St. Johann in Tirol. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Schwarzsee 6 km. Hiking paths: wandern und radfahren ab Haus möglich.
