You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### House 1 - Nelius - FH 1

Welcome to the holiday home 1 with family Nelius. The living space of 60 m² allows the guest a pleasant stay. Modern room design and wood paneling create a typical Harz atmosphere. The house has two bedrooms, a living room, with satellite / TV system, radio and Wi-Fi access, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower / WC. All windows of the massive house are equipped with shutters. The bright conservatory with radio and the rustic seating area offers the most beautiful view of the lake and the castle opposite. You can enjoy a cozy barbecue on the covered terrace with garden furniture and swing.  
  
FH 1:  
There are two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds for a comfortable sleeping comfort. All beds have a height adjustment at the head end. Pillows, beds, sheets and towels are provided. For cozy warmth provides a hot air stove and in the bathroom also a hot plate. The interior of the fully equipped kitchen includes u. a. Refrigerator with freezer, sink, ceramic hob, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, cutlery, crockery and pots. A barbecue and additional sunbeds are available in the attached storage room. In winter, we are happy to provide our guests with a toboggan.  
  
Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 20:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Nette Gastgeberin. Super Lage. Himmlischer Ausblick. Dorfladen ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Gute Lage für Unternehmungen. Jederzeit wieder. Dank an Frau Nehlius für die zahlreichen Ausflugstipps. Einzig die Kommunikation mit dem Fewo-Direkt Support war ein bisschen aufwendig da besteht noch Verbesserungspotential.

Das sehr gut eingerichtet Ferienhaus hat eine herrlich ruhige Lage mit Blick auf den See und das Schloss. Von hier aus kann man auf Wanderungen gehen oder die touristischen Highlights des Harzes besuchen. Empfehlenswert ist das Waldbad in Hasselfelde. Die Vermieterin hat immer ein offenes Ohr für die Wünsche der Feriengäste. Wir verlebten hier eine sehr schöne, stressfreie und erholsame Urlaubszeit.

#### Entspannung im Harz

Das Objekt viel durch die überaus schöne Umgebung und gepflegte Gartenanlage auf. Wer einen familiären Anschluss zu schätzen weiß, ist hier gut untergebracht. Für Familien mit Kindern ist die Gebäudegröße abzuwägen. Für ein Kind ist der Platz mehr als ausreichend. Die Nähe zum See, Schafen und Spielplatz runden die schöne Unterkunft ab.
