Located in the heart of a small village between Colmar (15 minutes) and Mulhouse (20 minutes), close to the Alsace Wine Route, parks, museums, and Europa-Park (Germany). A small shop with a gas station is 1 km away, and motorway access is 2 km away. This detached house has two floors and can accommodate up to 6 people. The raised ground floor, accessible via an external staircase, features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge, a shower room with WC, and a double bedroom (140x190cm bed).
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90x200cm), and a separate WC.
The property also includes a furnished terrace, a garden, and private parking spaces in the enclosed courtyard.
