### Duplex Jardin – Gîte des 4 Lions

The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 73 m² duplex house for rent in the town of Bischwihr, which can accommodate up to 5 guests. It comprises a lovely 35 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with bathtub), and a garden of approximately 60 m². Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!  
  
The accommodation is laid out as follows:  
On the ground floor:  
\- A 35 m² living room with TV, sofa bed, and dining area  
\- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- A separate toilet  
  
Upstairs:  
\- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bedroom 2: with two single beds, which can be pushed together to form a double bed (on request)  
\- A bathroom with bathtub and toilet  
  
For even more comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board.  
  
Outside:  
\- A beautiful 60 m² enclosed private garden  
\- A 20 m² north-west facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days  
  
The house is ideally located in Bischwihr, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.  
  
Activities:  
Various events take place throughout the year, including medieval and wine festivals, a Christmas market, and more.  
  
Transport :   
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.
