Bedding and towels were fresh and clean, there was tea /coffee and some breakfast cereal provided,l liked that it was dog friendly but the garden wasn’t completely secure to let my dog out without supervision , Wi-Fi didn’t work and after an email I was told it couldn’t be addressed over the weekend, the garden furniture was very dirty just lying around on the floor of an undesirable decking area ,decor and furnishings were outdated , the whole house in the need of a refurb but was clean, in a lovely area a few minutes drive from town , but at the top of a steep hill
