Only warning is that it can at times be loud due to the rooms all being around a courtyard that has seating and you can hear what's going on out there. It's reasonable, but if you're very particular about quiet then this might put you off. "

"Is within walking distance to Mercados, restaurants, and attractions. Place was very clean. The things I wished it had was a microwave and blender as I planned to make food at the place which why I reserved a place with a kitchen. The only thing not working properly was the shower head, it was leaking but it was not that bad. Also it rained some days and water seeped into living space through the front door each time. This was late June. Besides that kitchen had other amenities such as fridge with ice, stove, toaster, cook wear, dishes, cooking oil, salt, sugar, pepper. They provided filtered water. The bathroom had soap bars and shampoo. Towels seemed clean. Bedrooms had closets and clean sheets. You can hear the neighbors next door. Thankfully we didn’t have anyone staying up too late disturbing the peace. Instructions on how to get your key was a little confusing to me. I arrived late at night and so I had to call the property owner/manager and he answered right away and was helpful with instructions. I didn’t need him after that. Cleaning lady was very nice and helpful in giving tips on where to eat and what to see. I traveled with my older parents. Adults only. I would stay here again. But not with my small children because there is no pool. "

"The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel was very clean, spacious and had all necessary components for a relaxing stay. The restaurant connected to the hotel was amazing! Overall experience was excellent! We stayed at this location due to the proximity to the Oaxaca airport; however, we are glad to have found this gem. Staff was even kind enough to assist in coordinating transportation for us. "
