The Neighborhood: You are right outside the center of downtown Oaxaca, in a quiet and calm residential area with quick and easy access to everything the city has to offer. Oaxaca’s culture, restaurants, local bars, churches, markets, and galleries are just minutes away and within walking distance. Getting Around: For those with cars, our property features a closed garage on the ground floor for one vehicle, allowing you to drive right into the interior. The property is just 15 minutes away walking from Oaxaca's downtown, giving you the best location to explore all of Oaxaca. If you would like airport pickup and dropoff, or to have a private driver at your disposal, HOLT can arrange this service for you. There are also taxis and ride-hailing apps available at reasonable prices. Other Things to Note: Guests will be required to submit payment details for a security deposit or a damage waiver. We offer two types of damage coverage for your stay: a non-refundable damage waiver that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (excluding house rule violations), or a refundable security deposit held on your payment method before check-in and released after your stay if no damage is found. Guests can choose either option based on their preference. Hot tub rules: Guests who do not follow the instructions to use the hot tub properly and damage it will be subject to a USD 500 fine. The hot tub rules are shown in the last photo of the listing and are present in the property. All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation. The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property. In addition, there is an additional security camera in the garage facing the door that separates the ground floor unit from the upstairs unit to ensure the safety of all our guests. There are no recording devices in private areas of the unit. All recordings are deleted after 30 days. If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property as terms and pricing may vary. As much we love your furry friends, we cannot accommodate pets in the property. We cannot host guests arriving with pets. At at several great restaurants, Casa Oaxaca a must. The HOLT team is super responsive, often responding to questions in minutes. When the interior door lock misfunctioned and we couldn’t enter, I called the number listed and a friendly person immediately helped me find the lockbox with the key to enter the residence. One mystery: not sure why this place advertised 5 bedrooms—there are only 4\. Also the hot tub is really only useable once per visit. You have to fill it with hot water to use it, and if you want to use it a second time you must drain the water and start from scratch. My recommendation is to not put the 5 bedrooms and hot tub in the headline advertising the rental. But, my impression of this rental is overwhelmingly positive. A five star place. ##### Paul V A F.
