The service was fantastic! I really appreciated how close the hotel was to the zocalo. The only thing I would change is that the executive rooms could have a bit more space and windows.

Hotel Mayis is well situated close to all in walking distance. The rooms are small, beds are comfy, no safe or mini fridge, tv is small good channels, wifi and good AC. This hotel is great as a long stay or just a few days. The staff was always available and courteous, helpful and friendly.

This is a clean, quiet, centrally located place with very basic amenities, if you are only looking for a place to rest. One of the issues is that rhey don’t have free TV, you’ll need to use your Netflix / apple etc. account which is not acceptable for a place that charges $120 US a night

Exterior is deceiving. But looks newly remodeled. Quiet, private. Waiting distance to main town square. Many restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended. Staff polite and helpful.

Hotel was very nice, centrally located. The only thing I didn’t like was that the room and the shower were too small. I’m not a big person and it was too small for me. Other than that it was a great hotel.

The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is in the center of the city, walking distance from everything. Good that it has AC. The shower was a bit small. The room was noisy from the street and you could hear everything from the hallway. The quality of the toiletries provided wasn't great, there wasn't any conditioner.

Great staff and location, poor bathroom

Great service/staff. Great walkable location close to centro but not on busy street so it was quiet, good AC, decent wifi. Bathroom was tiny and smelled like mildew or bad pipes so the smell went into the room which wasnt pleasant.

The hotel was nice but the staff were the issue. I felt watched my whole stay there. They would come to my room to complain that there was an extra guest in my room. I told them they were just here to use the restroom and we were leaving but they were trying to raise an issue for us.
