This was a combination tourism-study trip. The first week with my wife was to tour the city and the next three weeks with a friend was for Spanish language classes at ICO. The two large bedrooms were ideal for us students. Excellent WiFi reception and a short walk to our classes. My only suggestion is that a few simple additions to the kitchen, such as dish towels and mixing bowls would have made food preparation a lot easier. Not all guests would want to cook while there, but for a month-long stay we prepared meals about half the time. But I wouldn't hesitate to choose this apartment again for another stay. ##### James R. The landlord was super responsive.The 4 star overall was due to things outside his control - busy street and dog that barked at everything.It was a perfect fit for the three of us and we were grateful to have found it. We liked the location, just about 15-20 minutes north of El Centro, where many of the sights and museums are located. It’s in a safe neighborhood, well-lit a night. There is a grocery store just 5 minutes away, a laundry 2 minutes away, and many good restaurants within easy walking distance. The apartment was clean (and cleaned weekly), attractive, and thoughtfully furnished. We had some business to take care of while there, and the desk space and excellent wireless worked well. And best of all, our host was very quick to respond if we had questions or requests. This apartment contributed significantly to our enjoyment of our stay in Oaxaca. ##### Beverley F.
