Beautiful Garden & Best Location in Oaxaca

A HOME - not only an apartment.

Small & Cozy Apartment Studio perfect for 1 or 2 people.

Located in a very traditional oaxacan house. The 19th Century Colonial House counts with a gorgeous garden and it's in the Heart of Oaxaca City! You'll be only 3 blocks away from main street and main church (Santo Domingo) and 10 minutes walking form the Zocalo (main square).

The area is full of restaurants, traditional markets, bars, museums, churches and art galleries. A lot of fun and many interestings things to do!

The apartment is all wood and there is a loft where the two comfy beds are located. The bathroom is only a partition of the main room.

The apartment counts with all services for your delight: Hot water, WIFI, satellite TV, NETFILX, etc. The plus are the amenities;)

Delightful Courtyard
We enjoyed our stay. We spent a lot of time in the courtyard. It’s not a luxury accommodation and if you cannot go up & down steep stairway to the lost bedroom area, it’s not for you. Bathroom provides minimum privacy. Owner, Hector, was very nice, accommodating and responsive. We enjoyed talking to him.

Hurray for Ruta Independencia!
We were so pleased that the property was just as it was described online and the family/property manager was beyond helpful. They even helped us find an affordable driver and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. It was the most lovely courtyard, perfect for drinking coffee or reading.
