The studio is in the entryway and across from the bar. Extremely noisy at times. The staff is accommodating and efficient.

Great pet-friendly place to stay in the heart of Oaxaca city. Very ample and airy room, excellent garden at the center. Details as a shower was not working properly and all perks in the room being with charge, could be fixed to achieve excellence.

Our room had no place to put the suitcase. I had to put my suitcase on the floor and sorting clothers all bent over was a real pain in the back - literally. It had no place for a computer - no table or desk area. The bed was marvelous however, really comfortable. It had a refrigerator in the room - a true luxury. And the grounds and public areas were delightful.

Great customer service everyone was friendly. We arrive pretty early and were able to leave our luggage at the front desk. We check out at noon and again staff let us leave our luggage and relax in the property while our transportation arrive. Great location walking distance to many attractive. Thank you

Friendly staff and beautiful courtyard garden. Can't leave the property without asking someone to open the front gate.

Fabulous part of the Oaxaca experience!
F-a-b-u-l-o-u-s (Apartment with garden). The place is cozy, easy walking distance from the pedestrian areas that lead to the civic centre, yummy (yet light) breakfast, super friendly and helpful staff, atmospheric spots in and around the garden to relax and have breakfast, pet friendly (not just ok with pets but welcome treat, water, sleeping mat)

Great location, shower issues. Inefficient gate
Great location and attentive staff. We had issues with the shower, no water coming out but the tub portion worked well. Inefficient gate access to property, someone always to use a key to let you in or out; not practical at all.

The garden was beautiful and peaceful. The location is accessible to the best parts of Oaxaca City. The staff is very friendly and the property is very well maintained. We hope to stay here again!

Good location. Friendly staff. Having access to breakfast earlier would have been great, as 0830 can be a bit late when trying to fit in all the sites during a short (3) day stay.

I like the concept of the hotel. Our room had a thing wall/ door. Our room had a balcony with no views but to the street which was very noisy throughout the night. Bed was very comfortable.

I have stayed here a couple of times, and I love this hotel. Rooms are very hip and trendy. Safe. Central location - just a few blocks from everything and where you want to be. Friendly staff. Cool place.

This place is terrible for the price, even with a "secret price discount." The rooms feel very run-down, sparse, and are missing a lot of essential items (ironing board, storage, even a small dish for items like keys, etc.). The bathroom is pretty ugly and there's no curtain or door on the shower. The bath towels were tough and frayed. Additionally, one of our least favorite parts about this place is that you need someone to unlock the main entrance EVERY SINGLE TIME you LEAVE. There isn't a 24-hour doorman so we had to ring a doorbell or look around for someone and awkwardly wait. They also insist on spraying you down with this antibacterial cloud spray every time you come back to the hotel. We didn't mind it at first but it started to feel useless and kind of ridiculous. To make matters worse, the staff also wasn't the friendliest. That being said, this might be a good place to stay if you are a big group because there are tons of empty, beautiful, leafy common areas and the location is amazing. But if you are a couple or want something romantic we don't recommend it.

Great stay in El Centro, Oaxaca
Overall great stay with the friendliest of staff. The rooms could use some upgrades, modifications, etc. Centrally located and walkable to almost everywhere we wanted to go. Very quiet as well, and at times felt like we were the only guests (maybe we were?). Breakfast was above average, and changed almost daily. Again the staff was the highlight of the stay, as they were very knowledge & helpful throughout (bilingual as well).

Wow! Honestly an amazing place to stay in Oaxaca. It was super easy to get to, super easy to check in, super comfortable rooms and very beautiful garden. The breakfast was also so delicious and enjoyed the fresh OJ very much. Def recommend and would stay again on my next visit.

Lovely Peaceful Garden
Such a beautiful property! Tucked privately behind a safe gated entrance off one of the main roads. Not too noisy, stays nice and cool because it is shady. Rooms are beautiful and spacious. Staff is friendly and attentive. Great value for the price. Will stay here again!

Great location- centrally located; super safe- had to ring a “ring” bell, undergo temp checks and get sanitized; clean- room tidied every day; spacious- the grounds were beautiful and relaxing; and wonderful service- friendly, hot breakfast, always smiling and accommodating.
