Comparte el vestíbulo de la calle y un patio central con otro departamento, para estancias de media y larga duración es excelente, la cocina cuenta con horno microondas, parrilla de inducción, refrigerador mediano, utensilios, vajilla. Tiene un baño completo, nuevo, con agua caliente en la ducha. La ubicación es envidiable, a 4 cuadras del templo de Santo Domingo, 5 cuadras del centro de la ciudad, restaurantes, cafeterías, museos, tiendas, artesanías todo muy cerca, ideal para conocer y disfrutar de la ciudad caminando. No cuenta con estacionamiento, pero hay cercanos, la zona es bastante segura para disfrutar de día o de noche.
