"外観はちょっと古めの一戸建てですが、内装はリフォームされていて清潔感があります。 ベッドが気温の低い時期は寒く感じると思うので、毛布や厚手の寝巻きを用意しておくことをお勧めします。 冷暖房がエアコンのみなので、つけっぱなしにすると乾燥しがちです。加湿器が欲しい所です。 Wifiはホテルや集合住宅と比較してかなり高速です。上下共300Mbps以上を計測しました。 屋内BBQ可能とありますが、ごく一般的なガスコンロのキッチンです。調理器具も用意されているので食材を用意すれば普通に料理が可能ですが、炭火の網焼き等はできません。 間取りはかなり広いと思いました。和洋室すべてに布団を敷き詰めたら10人程度は宿泊できそうな広さです。 浴槽は少し小さめです。足をのばしてゆったり入れるようなタイプでは無く、数十年前の一般住宅にありがちな深い長方形のタイプです。 また、リビングの張り紙にも記載されていますが、近隣に住宅があるため深夜に大騒ぎできるような立地ではない点にご注意ください。"

"We spent 2 nights before flying out of Narita airport and chose this location because of its location. The outlet mall is a 10 min walk down a rural one lane road but once there, you have great access to shops and great little restaurants. Only bad thing we encountered was taxis do not run early and getting my daughter to the airport for her flight at 9 was a nightmare. We had to wake the owner to get help with transportation. "今回子連れで伺いましたが、とても喜んでいました。お部屋が広く、まずおうち探検。寝室にアラジン(プロジェクター)があり、YouTubeやミュージックを聞いたらスクリーンが大きく喜んでました。お部屋に入室した際に清潔感をとても感じました。想像以上にアメニティーが揃っておりとてもびっくりしました。またグラスもガラスでなくプラスティックだったので、子供が割ったりする心配もなく使用することができ、普段使えないワイングラスも。 夜は星空がとても綺麗で朝はサンライズが見えて、ゆっくり過ごすことができました。チェックインの際のスタッフの方の対応もとても良かったです。また機会があればぜひ利用したいと思います。"

"お風呂や布団はとても快適でした。予約時確認時アメニティは歯ブラシだけないかと思っていましたが、クシなどがなく歯ブラシだけがありました。浴室のシャンプーなどはいい香りで良かったです。トイレだけ前の宿泊者の香水のような匂いがあって残念でした。居酒屋と併設されているので、声や消灯後の物音が気になりましたが近隣は閑静でした。庭とドッグランも整っていて愛犬も楽しめました。ありがとうございました。"

"I like the convenience of having a shuttle go to & from airport all terminals. Also, you don’t have to schedule anything. Just wait in line for the shuttle. The rooms were very clean. Absolutely no noise after 10pm. So quiet. I was on the 6th floor. Breakfast was pretty good. Line was long in all directions but moved at a good pace. Will return again. Last thing. They have a small 7-11 shop inside the hotel. I stayed at the Honkan side. Shuttle bus go to both hotels. They’re next to each other. Nice setup."

"No AC in the hotel room, the portable fan turned off every 15 min. Breakfast buffet was mid. Staff was friendly but it was very difficult to get an extra pillow. On a positive note, I’m sure this hotel was super cool and nice in the 80’s but now it feels super outdated. Worst hotel out of all 5 that we stayed at in Japan this 16 day adventure "
