今回子連れで伺いましたが、とても喜んでいました。お部屋が広く、まずおうち探検。寝室にアラジン(プロジェクター)があり、YouTubeやミュージックを聞いたらスクリーンが大きく喜んでました。お部屋に入室した際に清潔感をとても感じました。想像以上にアメニティーが揃っておりとてもびっくりしました。またグラスもガラスでなくプラスティックだったので、子供が割ったりする心配もなく使用することができ、普段使えないワイングラスも。 窓ガラス、テラスのテーブルなどの備品、フライパン、ホットプレートのコンディション最悪でした。こんな管理で築何年もしたらどうなるのかと思いました。焦げついた食べ物がついており、妻が必死で擦って清掃してからの夕食になりました。タブレットで何度もサポートデスクと連絡を取り、「現場には伺えないが迷惑かけたので値引きする」との対応でしたが、肉類持ち込んで備品が使えず衛生面や家族での時間換えにはなるはずもなく、2泊予定の初めから気分が落ち込みました。新築なので物件は綺麗です。ロケーションもサーフィン、海水浴には完璧です。
