"The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. The property seems to be rather older and outdated than modern hotels. The room wasn't cleaned well when we checked in. I asked the front desk to have housekeeping vacuum the next day, and they didn't. There were clumps of hair throughout the bathroom ..."
