We stayed in a 2BR Suite and very happy with the accommodations. The staff was always helpful not speaking Chinese was never an issue. In my opinion, Oakwood Residence Funder is THE place to stay with their apartment-like property in a great location and neighborhood. Room has wears, fingerprints on the wardrobe, room service puts soap bar from floor to shower rack, bed sheets get my back itchy, snot on the tv stand. Staff are polite and helpful in general. Breakfast is alright. Location is not the best for either leisure or business. It is in a good location in Chengdu and we love the suites.
