The space Bedroom: There are 3 private bedrooms, each with a premium memory foam mattress. Luxury linens and towels are provided for you to relax after a busy day. Kitchen: The kitchen is stocked with cooking pots, pans, kitchenware, sparkling water and more! We want this to be a home experience for you while you are visiting. Entertainment: The living room is equipped with a 4K Samsung HDTV and Vizio soundbar. The TV has Netflix already logged in. Come home and relax! You can get there in less than 10 mins w/ a $3.45 ticket. Parking: The house does not have parking on premise as the driveway is for the downstairs unit. However, you can park your car on the street or in the BART station parking lot across the street. For street parking, be sure to move your car during the street cleaning day (12:30PM - 3:30PM on Thursday or Friday depending on which side of the street). For BART station parking lot, fees are required Monday through Friday from 4:00AM to 3:00PM (Free any other time). Remember, it is never wise to leave things visible in the car when in San Francisco bay area. Noise & Quiet Hours: Since BART is right across the street, you will probably be able to hear some noise from the passing trains. Guest access You have private access to the entire 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom upstairs apartment + patio, #527\. Please, make yourself at home. Driveway parking is for the downstairs unit, #525\.
