"Old building, wish they had exhaust in the bathrooms. Not at the standards of usual Double Tree"

"We just stayed one night but everything was great and we enjoyed the clean room and comfy bed. The view on the Bay side of the hotel was really nice. The San Francisco skyline and the lighting on the Bay Bridge was fabulous! Staff was efficient and friendly. A very pleasant stay!"

"Neighborhood and property are very nice. Hotel is old, so the wear can be seen in some places like my room furnishings and elevator. Lobby and restaurant seem more recently updated. Gym looked very nice and nice that classes are included, but I didn't get to attend. Likely wouldn't stay here again unless I was going to use amenities everyday."
