  • Built-in the Forties this Grand Avenue apartment building has only 6 units. The fully furnished studio apartment is spacious Clean & functional. 5 windows full of light, a spacious kitchen, and a full bathroom. All put together with you, our precious guests in mind. lovely residential area walks to shops, grocery, pharmacy, clinic, restaurants, cafes, parks, and plenty more. The bus stops at SF, Berkeley, and neighboring cities are a few blocks. Great location, accommodation & value.
    We are located between Safeway Grocery store and Grand Lake Theather.
    Piedmont Avenue, Lakeshore Avenue, and Grand Avenue are all within walking distance. PLEASE NOTE THE $ 300 PET FEE
