The house looks historic but feels quite new and beautifully designed inside. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in, and the view out the windows of the primary bedroom was a delight to wake up to. College Ave is a pleasant commercial street just steps away, making it very easy to integrate right into the life of the neighborhood. (There was a little night noise from a bar on a Friday, but not bad.) Off-street parking, good internet connection, and a friendly and responsive host.
