Perfect for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. There is a grocery store, wine bars, coffee shops, Fenton Creamery and The Piedmont Theatre all within one block of the apartment. The apartment is one of the top floor units in a three-plex apartment building. This remodeled apartment is cute and cozy with a queen size bed. There is a living area that has a sofa, tv and dining table for two. There is a Smart TV and an antenna for local channels (no cable). The kitchen is well equipped if you are wanting to make a meal. There is a mini-refrigerator (no freezer) and a cooktop with burners, but no oven. There are fantastic restaurants in the area and a great grocery store all within walking distance. The bathroom has tub with a shower. There is also a small outdoor patio off the bedroom with a table and chairs if you want to sit outside. The lower apartment is also on Airbnb, so you will likely see other fellow travelers coming and going. We also have one parking space available for guests. Huge plus in this area! The parking lot is shared with other guests and tenant, and the parking lot is tight for cars, so if you\`re driving a larger SUV or truck, most likely you will have to park on the street. The location is another highlight of this apartment. Piedmont Ave is a vibrant area known for its array of shops, restaurants, and easy access to public transport. This means that whether you\`re a foodie who loves to explore new dining spots, a shopaholic who enjoys retail therapy, or someone who appreciates the convenience of public transport, this location has something to offer you. Overall, this quaint one-bedroom apartment is more than just a place to stay – it\`s a place where you can truly live and enjoy the vibrant lifestyle that Oakland has to offer. We are close to 580 and you can be in San Francisco normally in less than 20-30 minutes. I have a property management company that is available for any questions or emergenices. The Piedmont area of Oakland is a great place to call home. You will find a grocery store, several coffee shops, wine bars and several restaurants. You won\`t want to miss Fenton\`s Creamery for the best ice cream and The Piedmont Theatre. Kaiser Permanente Oakland Medical Center is 1/2 mile away. The MacArthur Bart Station is 1 mile away. Mail and packages cannot be delivered to the apartment during your stay. If you need something delivered to you, there are mail centers in the area that can receive and hold packages for you. We are not responsible for any packages delivered, before, during or after your stay. \- No parties or events of any kind are allowed here \- Out of respect for our neighbors, quiet hours are between 10pm - 8am \- No shoes inside (flip flops, slippers, socks are fine) \- No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises (go to the front curb outside or at least 15 feet from any dwelling) \- Turn off lights, TV, heater, & stove when not in use \- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. \- No pets allowed \- Conserve water, California is currently in a drought \- Recycle & Compost if there are receptacles in the unit \- Please consume or take all leftover food. We mainly were just there at night and only for 3 nights but provided everything we needed. It’s an older unit but that wasn’t a hindrance for us. It was well kept and had everything we needed. Close walk to the main road, Piedmont, with shopping and good restaurants and coffee shops. Parking is very tight, with large bushes and cacti lining the driveway making it challenging for our Atlas to get out. ##### Amy M.
