"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. My stay was completely unacceptable from start to finish. I saw a RAT come from underneath my room door twice within the span of 5 minutes. The first time I tried to tell myself maybe it was my shadow or something, but the second time it stopped right in front of the door, so there was no mistaking what I saw.
