I paid through Expedia for breakfast but when I got there they said it wasn’t included, I had to show proof and ultimately the attendant was helpful and gave us a voucher. However, the breakfast was very limited and it wasn’t the best. Also, the furniture needs to be replaced, I pull the desk and it was broken and my very petite daughter sat on a bench in the room and it broke and I couldn’t find the control for the television. I feel bad about this review but I was disappointed.

I am truly moved by the exceptional kindness of the front desk staff during my recent stay. Their thoughtfulness brought tears to my eyes! Upon returning from dinner, I discovered a delightful stuffed horse in my room, accompanied by a lovely card that made the gesture even more special.
When I checked in, I shared that my visit to Texas was to explore the possibility of purchasing a horse. The staff's attention to detail and personal touch truly exemplify the Ritz-Carlton's commitment to guest experience, and I am now a devoted customer for life.
Additionally, the dinner I enjoyed was absolutely outstanding—truly one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Thank you for making my stay so memorable!
