Two TV's with basic cable, one Roku TV, DVD player, video/DVDs, CD player and wireless internet access. Dine at the kitchen bar with seating for five as well as an additional leaf table with seating for two more. A great location featuring walking distance to dining and shopping and the beach access is only one block away! Two covered parking spaces dedicated to the unit allow easy access to the first-floor unit from the stairs. Other shared Ocean Walk community amenities include elevator access, an outdoor shower, and a grilling/picnic area (the latter conveniently around the corner from the unit at the base of the ramp to the pool area). The Ocean Walk pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Short walk to the beach and it was great having a pool. The only suggestion to the property manager would be to find a way to leave the pool fob in the unit. Since the door has keyless entry this would prevent the need to stop and wait in line at the office for the fob. Not a huge deal, but it was an extra stop that could be avoided.
