Lounge by & Swim in the large condo community Pool & cook your fresh seafood, caught or bought, on their Charcoal Grills. There are 2 Covered Parking Spaces with additional Visitor Parking. For Convenience there is a Community Shopping Cart under the stairs to help with unpacking & using the Elevator to carry up all your luggage & provisions.

The fully stocked Kitchen has lots of counter space for preparing meals & to create a buffet. It is large enough for more than one cook if you choose. Community pool access with your stay. Key card to access the pool is provided at check-in.



Please note: Linens are included with your reservation and your beds will be made prior to your arrival. Also a Welcome Bag will be waiting for you upon your arrival with starter supplies which includes 2 trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher powder, washing machine powder, dish sponge, small shampoo and conditioner with bar of soap, make up remover, and 2 bottles of water.

We’re happy to host dogs! Depending on the booking platform, the pet fee may not be included in your total and will be requested separately(airbnb is a seperate fee requested). A non-refundable $200 pet fee (up to 2 dogs, 80 lbs combined) is required and must be paid before check-in—access details will be sent once completed.

Maximum of 2 dogs. Unregistered pets will incur a $200 pet fee plus a $500 remediation fee.

Dogs must be up to date on vaccines and flea/tick prevention. No dogs on furniture or beds (additional cleaning fees may apply). Please bring a crate if needed; there is not one at the property.

Strictly no cats allowed.
