This place was amazing we stayed in 4 different locations while at beach and this was the best place beach was across the roads rooms were amazing and clean service was wonderful and the price is very reasonable...I highly recommend this place over all

Overall would not recommend: -Check-in lady was incredibly rude. -we were told our room was ready (check in is at 4) and we drove to our building. There were still cleaners in our room until 4:10. They charge a fee if you check out late, but somehow it’s fine for them to be late. Despite people being in our room until 4:10, our room was not properly cleaned. Dusty, hair in the shower, bathroom sink not cleaned -room looks nothing like the photos. Everything is extremely shabby. Ceiling had clear water damage that was barely spackled over near the bedroom. Baseboards and furniture all need replacing (peeling/falling apart). Couch stained in multiple places -my husband and I both took cold showers before we realized that the shower dial was backwards. -walls are incredibly thin and you can hear your neighbors -the place doesn’t even have the same name as advertised. The sign says “Peppertree” when you drive up to it, not “Atlantic Beach Resort” - HORRIBLE value for the money. This review has been edited to not specifically mention the price because it was originally blocked. Just know that whatever you pay, it’s probably too much.

Staff good. Breakfast might as well forget it. Rate way high for quality of stay

Breakfast was yummy the entire stay, Scottlynn was absolutely friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed for sure!
