"Staff was polite and helpful. The parking was a little bit of an issue but that’s because the hotel was having renovations done so part of the parking lot was closed off. Other than that it was a perfect fit for our trip. Close to downtown and the highway. It had easy access to amenities and is a great place to rest your feet and get some rest."
"Nice Hotel, staff was friendly and room was big, clean and perfect for our travels. However, our dinner at the Northern Pines Restaurant kind of tainted the stay. Waitress was awesome, but filet tasted bad…I tried to eat it because I HATE complaining but it was really, truly just bad. The “manager” I would call her was not happy, saying twice “that’s weird.” Trying to diffuse a very awkward situation my wife said “we will still pay we just want you to know something is wrong with this meat.” They comped the meal, but left us feeling like we didn’t know what steak should or shouldn’t taste like. We both were sick to our stomachs that night and morning, coincidence…we’re doubting it.
And while no fault of the hotel, the amount of crackheads circling this place makes it unsafe with kids. We even got to watch a show with an arrest in the middle of the street from our balcony, which f which we could not help but watch a homeless man set up camp about 10 feet out from our room. Plenty of meth and fentanyl out there, very sad scene."
"Loved the property. Great customer service from the front desk & nice bartender. Wine was way over priced. A glass of Pinot Noir from a screw top bottle was 20.00 & another glass of Cabernet also same price of 20.00 per glass. Crazy expensive so wouldn't make that mistake again. Other than the wine rip off, everything else was great."
"We loved our stay here. Beautiful property and location. Convenient. Nice rooms. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. We got a bunk bed room and it was great."
"Stayed just 1 night with our 3 teens. Booked a suite, the pull-out bed made it very hard to get through to the bathroom. It was sufficient for a night. Breakfast was decent, pool was nice and parking was easy. There are 2 hotels side by side, 1 doesn't have very good signage and I thought it was the correct one until they couldn't find me in their system. This hotel has better signage, but was closer to the door so I didn't see it at first. Staff was very kind and helpful. It was a quiet location and felt safe."
"The hotel was fantastic from the minute we walked in. We sat with the concierge and booked a jeep tour which couldn’t have been easier. All of the recommendations for dining and things to see were perfect. Our room had a great patio accessible thru sliding glass doors and directly behind our room was the area where the hotel has evening entertainment which was an unexpected surprise! We watched stars from an area set up in the hill which was great. Breakfast each day was very nice and the area it was set up was perfect. The onsite restaurant, Mole, was very good as well!"
"A Very nice place to stay. A neat creative and colorful decor with 70’s 80’s vibe . Whoever installed the bathroom tile in the room we stayed. Did an amazing job. Clean place. Staff helpful. Activities on premises, pool, bags, fire pits and gated dog area. Only suggestion would be to keep rooms with flooring and use a smaller colorful rug that is washable since most visitors come to Flagstaff for the outdoors."
