"Our absolute favorite stay in Bali. This was our second time back to Equilibria Seminyak and it was outstanding. This place is so special to us because we got engaged here and it remains our number one favorite stay. We were even upgraded from a Pool Villa to a Waterfall Villa which was totally worth it. The service is great. Every single staff member is extremely polite friendly and helpful. The entire property is very clean and neat and you can tell how much thought goes into everything. We loved the pool area and the gym is fantastic it is nicely equipped and very clean and we used it most days. The free 20 minute couples massage we received was absolutely amazing. I am very fussy with food and I am so happy to say the à la carte breakfast is the best I have ever had. It is carefully prepared and beautifully presented I honestly cannot rave about it enough. The location is super great. You are so close to all the action but you cannot hear a single sound from the busy street due to their special noise cancellation. It is a total oasis. If we had to be really picky for improvements the cocktails and room service food are good but maybe not quite as outstanding as that fabulous breakfast. We would also love to see more on site activities offered since the facilities are so amazing and we would love to engage more with the staff and other guests. That said we are super happy and grateful for our stay. We loved it so much and will be back. Thank you ♥️"

While the buffet breakfast was of a good standard, the true highlight was the Friday barbecue dinner at Fire—an outstanding culinary experience. The attention to detail, atmosphere, and genuine hospitality made the evening truly memorable. Our room was beautifully appointed, offering a breathtaking ocean view. Every element, from the layout to the amenities, was thoughtfully curated to ensure comfort and relaxation. A special mention to Kadek (apologies if the spelling is not exact), a member of the management team, whose professionalism and gracious presence elevated our experience even further. An impeccable stay—refined, memorable, and thoroughly deserving of the highest recommendation."

"Staff lack adequate training, and some appear motivated solely by pay. The morning team at Makase restaurant represents the operation’s lowest point, which unfortunately tarnishes the reputation of all staff."

"Reasonably nice hotel. Good location. Clean. Surrounded by some nice restaurants and shops. 10/15 mins from beach. Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms ok but a bit tatty. Pool area covered by canopy. Pool itself in some sunlight but no area to sunbathe. Breakfast ok, enough choice but coffee usually luke warm. Small but clean and serviceable gym. I wouldn’t rush back but a pleasant enough stay. Good jazz bar on 3rd floor level but accessible via the road. "
