We stayed here for five nights as a couple. We requested a quiet room in advance and were given a room on the fifth floor, which was very peaceful. We used the gym twice, and it was adequately equipped for a workout. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. After reading some of the other reviews, we were initially concerned about noise and cleanliness. However, in our experience, everything was fine. The furniture is a little outdated, but it is functional. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The in-room AC units are extremely loud when they kick on and while they're running. In fact they are so loud that you literally awake every time. The staff graciously provided two bottles of water for each person checking in which was a nice amenity. Parking was ample and the facility overall was clean and the staff were very friendly.

The staff was excellent but the pool did not look like the photos, there was no fan/vent in the shower so every time we took a shower it was wet, the sheets were dingy, the sink didn’t drain very well, the water pressure was not good and the dry towel rack was in the shower (odd). According to our reservation details the breakfast was supposed to be to be complementary but they had a sign that it wasn’t included but the staff did allow us to eat for free but the waffles were terrible and the eggs were gray. The elevator was also not in the greatest condition and made a lot of scary (unsafe sounding) noises and we were on the 5th floor. We also had a lot of trouble with our room key so someone had to stay in the room so we wouldn’t be locked out and we also could not access the gym. I would honestly never come back here and would not recommend it to anyone and it’s a shame because it’s in a very good location close to a lot of shops and restaurants. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because of the staff.
