They emailed the airline on our behalf when we hadn't gotten updated information, they helped make travel arrangements around town, and they made our comfort a priority. I think they have the most helpful staff I've encountered at any hotel. I really really appreciate their consideration and recommend this hotel to anyone in Nuuk.
